29th October 2022 – East Midlands Area Training Session and Fun Swim

A good workout and some fun for all those that attended the Area Training Course held at The Priory City of Lincoln Academy.

The day consisted of 2 hours of techniques and Randori, followed by a 2 hour fun swim.
